Acai bowls are so easy to put together in the morning. I love to cook but for some reason this breakfast is always prepared best by my sister. Her recipe is packed with antioxidants that keep me feeling good for a long day at the office or for a Saturday morning sister dance party (like we had this morning)! I see these easy acai bowls in your future!
Easy Acai Bowls
1 Frozen Acai Berry package (3.5oz). I used Sambazon Acai Berry frozen packs.
2/3 cup of your favorite orange juice
2 or 3 strawberries
Granola. I used Bear Naked Honey Almond.
Unsweetened coconut flakes. I used 100% Organic Coconut Flakes.
Blend the frozen acai, orange juice, 1/2 of the banana (I like them ripe for added sweetness), and strawberries. Pour into a bowl and top with granola, organic coconut flakes, and remaining sliced banana as desired. Drizzle with honey and enjoy!
You can always change this acai recipe up by adding berries if you’re like me and like variety!
