Every 1st Saturday of the month, the Coral Gables Museum hosts Gallery Night. The event is open to the public, is sponsored by Mercedes Benz of Coral Gables, and all proceeds from the cash bar directly benefit the Museum. Tonight’s Gallery Night will highlight Capture Coral Gables, a skill based photography contest open to both amateurs and professionals alike. All photos submitted must be taken within The City Beautiful’s limits. The contest encourages capturing our City’s beauty through a lens. Not an easy feat given there’s so much beauty to catch. The lucky grand prize winner will win a special edition Leica D-Lux (Typ 109) Solid Gray camera graciously sponsored by Leica Store Miami.
This is a super fun event to be a part of and I wish I would have known about while applications were still being accepted but I’ll keep on admiring the City through my lens until next year’s contest! Don’t miss out on the fun and support the Museum and all the Capture Contestants tonight!
