 If you want to skip the “clean, cook, clean, repeat” motto this Thanksgiving Holiday, I’ve got a round up of 5 great restaurants ready to stuff you like a turkey. On November 24, sit back, relax, and enjoy a Butternut Squash Belini – yes, you read that right.

Mandarin Oriental Miami’s Azul & La Mar

Contemporary in design and with a prominent waterfront location, the triple Five-Star Mandarin Oriental, Miami offers dramatic views of the bay and the Miami skyline, and is home to signature Azul restaurantLa Mar by Gaston Acurio restaurant, and the waterfront MO Bar + Lounge. This Thanksgiving, Chef Benjamin Murray of Azul will offer a 4-course menu featuring items like Sweet Potato Ravioli with roasted chestnut, pedro ximenez, brown butter and Fried Turkey confit leg priced at $105 per person ($70 for children under 12). In addition to their à la carte menu, Executive Chef Diego Oka of La Mar by Gaston Acurio will offer four specials including Arroz con Pato – cilantro rice, pan seared duck breast, kobocha squash, criolla, avocado, seco sauce.

PB Station

PB Station at The Langford Hotel will be celebrating Thanksgiving two ways by offering both American style and Latin themed pre-fixe menus for $68 per person. The Latin menu will feature items such as Malanga Soup with salt cod fritters, Mofongo with chicharrones and shrimp ragu, and a Crispy Skin Cochinillo with spicy guava glaze. The traditional American menu will include a Roasted Turkey Leg with cranberry relish, Loaded Sweet Potato with smoke pork belly confit, pink peppercorns, pork rind crumble and pork caramel. Inspired by all regions of the world, SUGARCANE offers three kitchen concepts – an open fire grill, raw bar, and traditional kitchen – all which unite for a fresh take on international fare. This Thanksgiving, SUGARCANE raw bar grill will be offering their à la carte menu including festive Thanksgiving specials like Thai Red Curry & Carrot Soup with salted coconut creme and fried almonds; Southern Bird with maple glazed roasted breast and smoked turkey leg, and Pumpkin Panna Cotta with ginger bread streusel and peppermint ice cream.

SUSHISAMBA Miami Beach

SUSHISAMBA Miami Beach will be celebrating Thanksgiving with a selection of festive specials available in addition to their full à la carte menu. Menu highlights will include an autumn inspired Butternut Squash & Clementine Bellini, Braised Short Rib Gyoza, and Mojo Roasted Organic Turkey with crispy Brussels sprouts. For dessert, a Kabocha Cheesecake with Japanese whisky caramel, graham cracker crumble, vanilla bean ice cream will finish off the meal on a sweet note.

The Forge

The iconic Miami Beach modern steakhouse owned by Shareef Malnik and helmed by Executive Chef Julia Doyne, will be serving a 4-course Thanksgiving menu from 5 p.m.-11 p.m., which will be priced at $75 per person (excluding tax & gratuity).  Dishes will include Butternut Squash Soup, Crispy Jonah Crab Cake, and Herb Roasted Turkey Breast.
